Center for Educational Research and Practice
This center is an educational research institution consisting of two sections: one is
the school education section, which deals with the utilization of educational media and
information; the other is the teaching research center which focuses on the discipline of
‘Clinical Psychology’, promoting research on the clinical approach to the psychological
problems of children as well as practical research in the field of counseling.International Exchange Center
This Center conducts planning and public relations activities
on international exchange. It also promotes international
academic and educational exchange.Educational Research and Affairs
This center establishes an academic framework based on a liberal arts education and also promotes educational activities. It works to improve and develop liberal arts education as well as specialized education. It contributes to the local community and continuously conducts various activities and programs corresponding to the society of lifelong learning.
This Center supports students through consultation on issues they may face, such as applying for tuition exemptions, and also by providing recommendations for scholarships. It also helps students conduct off-campus events such as the University Festival, including maintenance of those facilities. It offers job placement guidance and information services to students

The Center promotes joint research and educational activities on mineral resource development with universities in different countries under international collaboration agreements.
This center helps faculty members to
review and assess their activities in their
workplaces for the improvement thereof.
It
also conducts research and development in
assessment and systems for same.
License Extension
This section provides general support for educational and research activities. The expertise of the professional staff members shall be developed and advanced to serve as an asset of the entire university. The section also works to improve their qualities and to secure quality human resources.
It occasionally organizes exhibitions by students as well as staff members.
The Cooperative Research Center conducts research in cooperation with private institutions and offers academic information to the private sectors in the form of technical consultation concerning research and development.
The center consists of the Animal Center, the Central Research Laboratory, and the Radioisotope Laboratory. The center is designed with a comprehensive education and research environment to contribute to society and to promote international cooperation in the field of advanced bioscience.
Processing Center
The center offers computer services for scientific and engineering calculations and data processing. Internet access is also available. The facilities are available to both faculty and students for educational and research purposes.
The Radioisotope Research Center is
operated for the purposes of research,
education, and training in the prevention of
radiation hazards when using radioisotopes.
It is comprised of a chemical laboratory,
analysis room, and low-temperature room.
