Faculty of Education and Human Studies
The Faculty of Education and Human Studies seeks to give students an understanding of global problems,the human condition, and differences among various cultures. The faculty consists of 4 programs to train teachers to play an active part in the local community as well as global society and to create awareness of specific issues like current environmental problems.

Graduate School of Education
The Graduate School of Education seeks to produce effective teachers who can play a central role in the elementary and secondary education of the 21st century. Students acquire special knowledge concerning child development and student learning in addition to receiving special knowledge on several related sciences. The Graduate School of Education welcomes new students, practicing teachers, and international students. Graduates have been taking a leading role in a wide range of schools as well as on the prefectural education board.
