- Students will pay the examination fees when they apply for their entrance examinations.
- Students will pay their entrance fees when entering Akita University.
- Students will pay tuition fees twice a year.
Tuition Exemption
Akita University offers a waiver of all or half of the tuition fees for students who need the financial aid. Applications are accepted from mid-February to mid-March for the first semester, and in July for the second semester. Please feel free to ask at the Student Support Center for more details.
