Cultivation of Advanced Resource Sciences-related Doctoral Students with the Integration of the Humanities and Sciences to Contribute to Achieving SDGs

The 12th Student Activity Meeting (SAM) was held on Friday, March 22nd from 12:00 to 13:00. At this meeting, it was reported that Akita University was selected for the "Support for Pioneering Research Initiated by the Next Generation" (SPRING) Program, so that the Fellowship Program and the SPRING Program will be carried out in an integrated manner from April 1, 2024.
Afterwards, the participants discussed future activities and exchanged information about the next SAM.
The SPRING Program aims to help PhD students improve their research skills so that they can actively pursue a variety of career paths.
