Second Certified Operators Successfully Trained.

The second Motor Bench Operator Training Program was conducted at the Evaluation Laboratory for Next Generation Motors (Tanehira Lab) on March 9–10 and March 23–24, 2026. This training program is designed for young engineers from small and medium-sized enterprises in Akita Prefecture, and those who complete the program are certified as operators of the laboratory’s evaluation equipment.
On this occasion, four participants from Sanei Kikai Co., Ltd. (Yurihonjo City) took part in the training. All participants successfully completed the program and have been certified as the second group of operators.
Going forward, they will further enhance their skills by gaining hands-on experience through on-the-job training (OJT) in actual operations. In addition, further training sessions will be planned to increase the number of certified operators. In collaboration with Seed Flat LLC, which is responsible for managing evaluation testing operations, efforts will be made to establish a system capable of handling commissioned evaluation testing.
