Institutional Design including Financing
In the third subject, "System design including financing", we will design various systems (subsidies, etc.) to spread GSHP in Tajikistan. In addition, the spread of GSHP requires support for both suppliers/providers and users of GSHP. Since GSHP is an energy-saving and zero-emission technology, we will try to design a scheme design including using green finance that makes it easy to obtain startup funds for suppliers/providers and loans for users.
Also, since GSHP is unknown technology in Tajik society, we hold workshops and promote the understanding of GSHP of the community.
