Facilities and equipment

This laboratory is dedicated to the development and implementation of rare element-related recycling technologies and advanced material design techniques. To serve the creation of new industries, facilities and equipment can be shared for a wide range of purposes. For all researchers undertaking individual research projects, the practical application and implementation of their research can greatly benefit from the effective and active utilization of a variety of high-tech analysis equipment and measuring devices, and through openness that allows researchers to freely make practical use of all kinds of databases and information in related areas.

Eddy current separator
Rare-earth drum magnetic separator
Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES)
Sputtering system for multilayer/alloy film
UHV sputtering system with VHF plasma source
Scanning probe microscopy with vacuum unit
