Chairpersons of the Association of City Councils in Tohoku visited the Mineral Industry Museum

In conjunction with "The 77th Regular General Assembly of the Association of City Councils’ Chairpersons in Tohoku," approximately 150 chairpersons from 77 cities across the six prefectures in Tohoku visited the Mineral Industry Museum, Akita University on April 25th. They toured various minerals, ores, specimens, and mining-related materials. The tour was guided with the cooperation of science volunteers. Feedbacks from them indicated that the explanations were very easy to understand and the content was highly engaging, receiving a favorable response.
