Akita University teaching staff are unable to undertake side jobs without the authorization of the President (or the head of their affiliated faculty).
Requests for side jobs can be made by filling in the below form. Requests should be sent to the head of the faculty to which the member of teaching staff belongs and to the requested member of teaching staff, irrespective of the fact that written requests are made out to the President.
